Hi, I'm Ryan.
Like most makers, my shop started out of pure passion. Between dialing in 3D prints, running the desktop CNC, burning designs on the laser engraver, and experimenting with wood and epoxy pours, my hands were always busy making.
But as my hobby turned into a business, the reality of running a micro-manufacturing shop hit me hard.
The Problem
Figuring out exactly what to charge for a multi-material project became a nightmare. I found myself buried in massive, fragile spreadsheets trying to calculate machine depreciation, material costs, and labor time.
When I looked for software to help, the market was incredibly frustrating. Everything was either a clunky, outdated generic calculator, or an oversized enterprise MRP system that wanted to charge me $30+ every single month for features my shop would never use.
The Solution
There was no middle ground for the modern maker — so I built it myself.
Kerdos isn't built by a massive tech corporation; it's built by a maker who knows exactly what it's like to try and calculate the exact cost of a 14-hour 3D print mixed with a custom walnut CNC base.
The Mission
My goal is simple: to give hobbyists, crafters, and micro-manufacturers a lean, affordable, and incredibly precise operating system. I want to help you turn your creative passion into a profitable business, so you can spend less time fighting spreadsheets and more time actually making.
